Taj Launches Wellington Mews in UAE with BNW Developments

Dubai, UAE – March 10, 2025 – In an exciting new partnership, BNW Developments and Taj—the famous Indian luxury hotel brand under The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)—are joining hands to bring ultra-luxury living to Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah for the first time. The announcement was made during a special signing ceremony at Taj Dubai, marking Taj’s first-ever branded residences in the UAE under the Wellington Mews name.

This collaboration blends BNW expertise in luxury real estate with Taj’s world-class hospitality, promising a premium 5-star lifestyle experience for residents. With a strong legacy in India through projects like Wellington Mews in Mumbai and Chennai, Taj will now expand into the UAE, bringing its signature style of service and hospitality—what they call "Tajness"—to a new audience.
